Bien que l’événement se déroule entièrement en anglais, une traduction simultanée vers le français sera disponible via casque.

By public transportation, the closest stops are Bel-Air and Stand. From Geneva main station, you can use a number of tram (14, 15, 18) and bus lines(1, 3, 5, 10, 19). On foot, the venue is only 13 minutes from the station.
By car, nearby parkings are Seujet, Hotel des Finances and Tribune de Genève.

All guests must exchange their ticket for a TEDxCERN badge at the registration desks located in the entrance of the BFM.

As we are expecting hundreds of guests, we urge you to register as early as possible between 12:00 and 13:30 to avoid queue and also enjoy a coffee with the fellow attendees. The event will start at 14:00 sharp. If you arrive later you will miss the first talks as we will only allow people to get into the auditorium between talks. The Registration desk will remain open for the duration of the event.

Please print or download your ticket οn your mobile phone and bring it with you.

We welcome all dress codes, however most participants lean towards business casual attire.

Access to the building is only granted to those carrying a badge. Badges are personalised and therefore the name on the ticket must correspond to the attendee.

The event will begin at 14:00 and end at 18:30. There will be a break between the first and second sessions, with refreshments and exciting activities. Please note that neither entrance nor exit will be allowed during the talks to avoid disrupting the course of the event.

If you can no longer attend the event and have already received your ticket, please use the cancellation link that features in the emails you received from us. Alternatively, contact us at tedxcern-2018-tickets@cern.ch.

No tickets will be given out at the door on the day. You can only attend if you have received your ticket with QR code prior to the event.

You must have lunch before coming to the event. Food can’t be purchased on site but there are many restaurants and places to eat in the area, for all budgets.

We do request that you refrain from using laptops, iPads, cameras and flash photography in the main venue. You can find out more here

We encourage you to post on social media and use the hashtag #TEDxCERN during breaks and in the drinks and activities areas.
