How early should I come?
Doors will open at 11:00 and everyone must be registered by 13:00. We recommend arriving early in order to get badges, seats, and also to have the opportunity to mingle with other attendees. Note: Doors will be closed once talks are in session. Entry will not be allowed during talks.
What should I bring with me to enter?
Please bring a printout of your ticket along with a photo ID. Only registered ticket holders will be allowed to enter. Tickets are not transferable. If you want to bring a friend please make sure that they are also registered and have their own tickets.
Do you have special needs?
If you have special needs that we can help you with please email and let us know, and we will do our best to help.
Is there a dress code?
We don’t have a dress code but there will be plenty of cameras around and many social media savvy people. We recommend being comfortable while looking your best.
How do I get to the venue?

TEDxCERN will be held inside the CERN premises in the French side. Parking is limited. Public transportation in the Geneva region is good and we strongly encourage you to take advantage of this (for more information, go to the website
